Net een geheim tiny house midden in de stad, hoor ik mijn gasten vaak zeggen. Het uitzicht op de tuin, ontwaken met gekwetter van vogeltjes, biedt een oase van rust in de, op loopafstand, levendige stad. Winkels, musea, horeca, het industriële en culturele NRE-terrein en hippe Strijp S, alle faciliteiten binnen handbereik. Veel groen vind je in het park met vele uitheemse bomen. Dit is een prima uitvalsbasis voor (culturele) evenementen of een weekendje weg. Welkom in Eindhoven de (te) Gekste!

Luxurious studio with garden

You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

Welkom in ons lichte, ruime appartement, op 5 minuten lopen van het bruisende centrum van Eindhoven. Het appartement is rondom een patio gebouwd, waardoor er veel daglicht binnenvalt. Met een eigen ingang, volledige privacy en een volledig uitgeruste keuken bieden we een warm, huiselijk verblijf. Parkeren kan betaald voor de deur, buiten de ring gratis. With a private back entrance you have access to this idyllic spot, equipped with all comforts. The High Tech Campus, the City Centre, the Van Abbe museum, and Strijp S are within easy reach! De gast suite is gelegen in de achtertuin van ons perceel, en is te bereiken via een zijpoort van ons huis. De studio heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden(80-200) en een gezellig zitje met 2 stoelen. TV aanwezig. Er is een keukentje aanwezig waarin zich een magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker en koelkastje bevinden. Het is niet mogelijk om uitgebreid te koken. Er staat een kleine eettafel met 2 stoelen. Voor de Guesthouse heeft u een klein buitenterras met 2 zitplekken.

Private bungalow (75 m2) in a wooded area with free parking space. Attractive spacious living room with TV and free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso, stove and all cooking utensils. Bathroom with luxury shower and separate toilet, bedroom with double bed. There is a beneficial sauna (for a small fee). Very suitable for vacation but certainly also for the business traveler. In de buurt veel mogelijkheden om uit eten te gaan of te bestellen De B&B is landelijk gelegen aan de bosrand. Veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden in de buurt.
