A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Enjoy beautiful view of natural setting from deck. We provide microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, dishware, and table in room and outdoors - does not include living room or kitchen. Perfect for work or vacation. Space attached to the house but 100% private. No smoking. No children.

East Hampton (walking distance to village)

Relax by the hot tub and fire pit with local wines or walk to the village for shopping and dining. House is just a few blocks from Serafina and the famous Nick and Toni’s. Complimentary cruiser bikes included to get around town. IGA supermarket is around the corner and gas grill is on site and ready to use. The house is also walking distance to the train station if your coming from Manhattan. The second bedroom features a Murphy Bed that folds out of the wall and over the couch pictured.

Detached bungalow w/ private bath

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house with use of amenities (shared with our family of 4). The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, micrwave, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY (no children) due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets.

This bright and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath Scandinavian home awaits! Located just a 5 minute drive Sag Harbor and 10 minutes to the heart of East Hampton to enjoy beaches, shopping, restaurants and bars. The light hardwood floors create a crisp feel that you have to witness. The first floor's two guest beds open out to a lovely eat-in kitchen with dining and living rooms featuring a wood-burning fireplace and pool to check every box for year-round fun.
