This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. Charmante maison à 40 km de la mer Baltique

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Tram stop is 1 minute away. 2 minutes from the main walking street area with restaurants and nightlife. High speed internet. TV package with English speaking channels. Parking on the street for roughly 7 Euro/day. Weekend parking for free. The neighbors upstairs have kids that sometimes run and make a bit of noise. Master bed is firm.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Ruhige, helle und freundliche Wohnung im zweiten Stock im Zentrum von Greifswald. Große Dachterrasse im dritten Stockwerk mit Blick über die Dächer. Theater, Kino, Museumshafen, Zoo und Bahnhof in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Marktplatz mit seinen Giebelhäusern im Stil der Backsteingotik ist um die Ecke, das Pommersche Landesmuseum auch. Es handelt sich um einen tierfreien Nichtraucherhaushalt. Daher sind Tiere leider nicht willkommen. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.
