The 1482 sq. foot garage/game room houses a pool table, poker table, air hockey, dartboard, quartz bar, lg. screen smart TV, WIFI, Outrun and Pac Man arcades, & a children's playroom. Complete with a gazebo and outdoor dining area, lawn games & firepit. Short walk to shops, & marina.

Located in a beautiful cedar forest that provides a needed respite. Plenty of privacy but also a short drive to Ephraim & Sister Bay.
