You can walk to everything, or just relax in the Adirondack chairs along the seawall. You are a short walk from the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, the Shining Sea Bikeway, and only 1/3 mile to Stoney Beach. A perfect opportunity for relaxation and activity, along with excellent dining options and fresh ocean breezes.

This sunny, airy cottage is a five-minute walk to the Village and 2 minutes to the beach. The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and clawfoot tub with shower off the entry hall (two with queen beds (one on tatami mats)/one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer.

Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.
