Studio Apt in Midtown District OKC

Located in Midtown, the area that connects the hustle and bustle of downtown with the stately historic neighborhoods to north. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Paycom Center (for Thunder games or concerts), and a short distance to the Boat District or the Oklahoma Memorial. Vintage building "1930" it has creaks and groans and at times you hear your upstairs neighbor and smell cooking smells from other apartments. Ozone cleaner used between guest, sometimes leaves a disinfectant odor.

Located in the heart of downtown Edmond, you will be within walking distance to UCO, the Fink Park trails & all of the fun restaurants & shops!
