Beautiful mews house on a quiet cobbled street.

Our lovely mews house is on a cobbled street in the centre of the city, just behind Picardy Place & York Place. It's a new build property, beautifully finished in an eclectic modern style with high quality furnishings. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own shower room. The lower ground floor bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the house's peaceful patio garden space. The lounge, kitchen & diner are on the first floor, which is a beautiful light space with mezzanine. A rare property.

Perfectly located converted Georgian Coach House

A traditional Edinburgh Coach house lovingly restored in the heart of the New Town. Perfectly located being only a 5min walk from Princess Street and George Street (the heart of the Edinburgh Festival). The tram stop, which runs directly to the Airport is maximum a ten minute walk and Waverley train station is a 15 min walk. It is the perfect place to base yourself as a couple, friends or young family. It is based on its own private mews street but there is unfortunately NOT parking.

It is well located and is just a 2 minute walk from the fantastic cafes, restaurants and shops of leafy, bustling Stockbridge and a 15 minute walk from central Edinburgh. Nestled in the centre of Scotlands prettiest Town, our unique townhouse dating from 1600’s sits on the High St in the coastal town of South Queensferry. The property has views of the magnificent Forth Rail Bridge. All this within minutes of the local amenities, cafes, galleries, water sports, boat tours, historic homes and sandy beaches. Only 7 minutes walk to the train station and a 15 minute journey to Edinburgh, 40 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by car to the airport.

Our comfortable, well equipped town house is the perfect base to explore Edinburgh. Located just ove two miles from the centre, there is a bus stop across the street that will get you into Princes Street in 15 minutes., depending on traffic conditions. With the off street parking bay for two cars it offers the possibility of safe parking and easy bus access.

Large Comfortable House

This house is all on one level. It is a large 1920's house in a quiet suburban area close to bars, restaurants and local amenities. It is a 10 minute bus journey to the city centre. Visitors parking permits will be provided (free of charge) in order that you can park close to the house. There are always plenty of parking spaces available.
