Off Royal Mile Edinburgh, lovely 2 bedroom flat

This apartment is in a very central and safe location in Old Fishmarket by St Giles. 5 mins walk to top attractions such as the National Museum of Scotland, Festival Theatre, the Castle. Waverley Station is 10 minutes walk. The Meadows and to George Street and the Newtown beyond are easy to reach. Very suitable for sightseers, old and young. Not a party flat but my second home when working in Edinburgh and so it is not a hotel style offering but I am sure you will love it. New kitchen for 2025.

A beautiful top-floor apartment on one of Edinburgh's most stunning and historic streets, part of the UNESCO World Heritage New Town, built in 1810. Stunning views over the Firth of Forth from both bedrooms, with plenty of natural light and traditional wooden shutters. A comfortable modern interior with a large living room, two spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Around a 10-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley and Princes Street, and 15 minutes from the Old Town.

Our beautiful, sun filled, cosy apartment dates from the late 18th Century, and is situated on the historic Royal Mile which stretches from Edinburgh Castle to The Palace of Holyrood. It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.
