Our beautiful Annex is your own private space, attached to our family home. Set in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Corstorphine; to the West of the city centre. With great bus links to the city centre, Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium, and Edinburgh Airport. The Annex is peaceful, despite being close to all the amenities Corstorphine has to offer (think lovely independent cafes, restaurants and shops!) A fantastic base to explore Edinburgh and beyond. Tourist tax is included in price!

The room is self contained with its own entrance, within a Listed Georgian townhouse built in 1810 in a quiet residential street at the foot of the Historic New Town. It has a bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress , WIFI and a separate shower room. We are a short walk from Princes Street,the Old Town,the Botanic Gardens and Stockbridge with its restaurants and thrift shops and Broughton with its trendy bars and shops. Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Pricing includes Tourist Tax commencing Summer 2026 and AIRBNB FEES at 15.5%. Our Airbnb Annexe is in Ratho 7 minutes drive from the Airport 10 miles from Edinburgh City Centre. The private lounge area is separate from the bedroom bathroom/ kitchen 2 separate areas. Ideal for short stays before/after your flight. This recently renovated space offers a comfortable double bed, a private en suite with a shower, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Eat, explore, enjoy! Walk to the vibrant seaside area of Portobello, passing through Figgate Park nature reserve, or visit Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat. There are regular buses to Princes Street, making this an ideal location to enjoy Edinburgh!

Spacious, self-contained annex near Edinburgh

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

The Edinburrow

The Edinburrow is in a Basement suite in the New Town City Centre of Edinburgh. Minutes walking distance to train, tram & all Edinburgh attractions. It offers your own private entrance & wee basement courtyard which leads down to a double bedroom, through to a hallway with a twin bedroom with 2 small doubles & a large bathroom. There is no kitchen but a small snug with chairs & table, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and cups & glasses. Tea & coffee pods are provided.

Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in leafy Morningside. A recently converted annexe, we have created a private hideaway at the bottom of our garden. You have your own entrance via a gated driveway onto secluded paved area and detached studio where you have everything you need to provide the perfect tranquil haven from which to explore Edinburgh. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
