Tranquil Retreat in the City/Free parking/Wifi

Our spacious house is absolutely perfect for family/extended family time in Edinburgh. The house, in a superb location provides the ideal base to explore the sights. Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. With a private entrance, free parking in the drive and a lush garden all to yourselves this is the ideal place to stay. (NO PARTIES)

(NOTE CAR HEIGHT RESTRICTED to 180cm/5 feet 11 inches). Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just 5 minutes walk to Princes Street and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Ultrafast internet. Stunning Edinburgh 1820s stables converted house

East House sits within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). The property has parking, doors to the courtyard, patio with views looking onto a beautiful fairway, and a path to the gardens, fire pit, ruins and historic canal.

Princess Street is a mere 10 minutes walk away and Queen Street tram stop is only a 5 minute walk away. The stylish property has its own main entrance, is arranged over 2 floors with its own private rear garden and 2 sunny balconies making it a truly unique place to stay.

Claddagh

Situated 2.5 miles to the west of Edinburgh City Centre (15mins by bus), this deceptively spacious 3 Bedroom house is attached to but separate from the host’s main residence, having its own private entrance and outside space to the front. Disabled access is via a private lane to the rear of the property. (Arrange with host). The ground floor accommodation has a bedroom, toilet and wet room, ideal for guests who cannot manage stairs. Travel cot and high chair available for our smaller guests.

Historic Coach House in Edinburgh City Centre

Location, location, location! Set in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, this historic coach house , located behind the famous Oxford Bar in Ian Rankin's 'Rebus' novels. Edinburgh's main attractions, are all within walking distance from the house. 20min walk to the Edinburgh Castle Cocktail bars/restaurants and international shops are to be found on George Street which is round the corner from the house. Comfortably sleeping 4, enjoy the space of a historic house in the town.

Broughton Place - 4 bedroom Georgian Townhouse

A large traditional Georgian 4 bedroom Town House, located within the New Town area of Edinburgh. The property is a short walk from the city centre and easily accessible by public transport. There are excellent amenities nearby including local shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. The property is a mix of a traditional and modern interior, with high ceilings, period features, double beds, comfy lounge, a well equipped kitchen and two recently modernised bathrooms.

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.
