The Canal Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

Only 15 - 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport by car. A beautiful modern family home right next to the Forth Bridges and Dalmeny train station and 20 mins to centre of Edinburgh. Room has sloping ceilings so maybe a problem for taller guests. Room is upstairs so not suitable for young children or disabled

A beautiful family home for 3 generations of the same family in the heart of the city. We offer a cosy double ensuite room on the ground floor of the house. Please note: this is a family home, not a B&B. Lewis, Kate and their two young kids live on upper floors. Catherine (grandma) and Beau (the cat) live on the ground floor. Breakfast is self-service. We provide: bread/toast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, fruit juice. We look forward to welcoming you!
