The bathroom offers an amazing shower experience and you can easily wash all the sand and salt water off after spending the entire day on the beach. This is in the heart of PCB with a local grocery store less than a half a mile away. This townhouse has everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach including cooler, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys.

This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf are amazing. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows. Age requirement 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.
