Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

Paradise! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach front ocean view condo with oversized balcony. The condo is on the no drive section of NSB and perfect for enjoying the sand and water! Everything you need is here waiting for you! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and more! Cook your meals in your own fully equipped kitchen, Grill downstairs or enjoy all of the excellent restaurants in the area. Washer and dryer included. Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.
