Very nice and comfortable place, besides being very safe, minor problems that did not prevent the stay from being pleasant, highly recommended, communication with Solange was very fast and really helpful, thank you very much.

Casa Mabell: Beautiful Three Bedroom Apartment

I highly recommend Casa Mabell. We stayed here with our family of 5 and it was perfect. VERY CLOSE to the ferry area and all the tour companies, just a perfect location. Each bedroom had a separate AC unit which was a godsend. Getting in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. This is a great price for it's location in the city. As with most places here, there can be bugs and ants crawling around, but that was pretty typical for the area. The place was very clean, but make sure to wipe up your messes in the kitchen or the ants will find it. Thank you Casa Mabell!

Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue excelente. Me encantó la atención, el anfitrión fue sumamente amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos y muy atenta a cada detalle. La limpieza es de las cosas que más nos impresionó del lugar, fue impecable, todo estaba perfectamente ordenado, higiénico y con una presentación que superó mis expectativas. Sin duda, un espacio muy bien cuidado que transmite comodidad y confianza. Recomendado al 100%, sin dudas volvería.

The view from this place is unbeatable! Plenty of space in the apartment, the neighborhood was great, lots of great places to eat within walking distance. I had to do some work during my stay and the place had a workstation with a view!

This was a fantastic location to stay. The entire hotel is a work of art, and the backstory of the owners makes it a really special part of local culture. Amenities were also nice, was able to get laundry done, taxis easily, and was a short walk (10 minutes) from the airport.

This is very nice spacious & well equipped apartment in one of the best areas (our favourite) in Quito. It is situated in a quite secure cul de sac which means it is really quite & peaceful. It is also located right next to the Megamaxi supermarket which is outstanding & has everything you might need. Also 500m away there is La Carolina park which is really nice on sunny days full of local Ecuadorian’s enjoying themselves- we go there often. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were a family of 4 adults & were very comfortable - our stay was for 30 days. Transport in & around the city is very easy with options being buses, taxi or the metro. Our host Patricia was also both very helpful, responsive & friendly. Highly recommended.

Have stayed at The Colon before, always safe and secure. Great pools and steps from the beach. Everything you need within walking distance. Awesome sunsets, could sit on the balcony for hours! Apartment spacious. Bring your own beach towels/sheet but bathroom towels were fluffy and lush. Walter was easy to reach and always responded. Hotel staff are Spanish speaking only so bone up on your Spanish or have Google translation handy. Looking forward to our next visit to Salinas!

El apartamento es amplio y confortable. Un gran tv, aire acondicionado, cocina completa. Me senti como en casa. Bruno y Paola respondieron rápidamente a mis preguntas. Un lugar muy recomendable!

es la segunda vez que me quedo en este alojamiento, recomiendo si tienen visitas comunicar antes para evitar malos entendidos, pero la verdad es que Cris se portó de lujo, un a persona amable y cordial, en todo caso al ser la segunda vez que me hospedó sobre entendí las cosas y faltó comunicación de mi parte, volvería a quedarme ahí sin pensarlo dos veces muchas gracias.

Recomiendo 100% la estancia con Jorge, el lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo y seguro. Sobretodo la ubicación es bastante estratégica dado a que está cerca de prácticamente todo (restaurantes, bares, parques, etc). Con seguridad volvería a hospedarme en esta estancia :)

El lugar es tal cual descrito en el anuncio. Carolina es muy comunicativa y te ha sentir bienvenido desde el primer momento. El edificio está en un espacio tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo a corta distancia de varios sitios de interés. Muy recomendado.
