Glamping at Urkuwayku: Tent "Cotopaxi"

Enjoy elevated camping at our family-run, organic farm, Granja Urkuwayku on the Ilaló Volcano. We have two tents available (Cotopaxi and Pasochoa), each with a spectacular view. Located 50 meters from your tent, awaits a furnished kitchen and your own bathroom with shower. We provide breakfast, including farm-fresh yogurt, granola, eggs, bread, juice, and coffee. Prepare your own lunch and dinner. Hundreds of kms of hiking and biking trails surround, including hot springs just minutes away.

Esta cabaña hecha con materiales naturales, está situada en la cima de una colina, al borde de una reserva forestal y proporciona maravillosas vistas panorámicas de la playa de Ayampe (con su emblemático Islote de los Ahorcados) y el bosque tropical. Desde ella podrás contemplar noches claras y llenas de estrellas, dormir con el rugido lejano del mar, despertar con el sonido de las aves tropicales y disfrutar de los mejores atardeceres que ofrece el Pacífico ecuatorial.

Hacienda Chan Chan - TreeHouse

Hacienda Chan Chan is nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.
