Our studio condo is located on a beautiful white sand beach in Panama City Beach! Our building, Fountainebleau Terrace, was one of the original and most prestigious hotels built in the area in 1965. It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. Guesthouse & Pool

This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, and Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets and no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guest.

You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.
