Restoration Station - Short Stroll to Beach

Nestled in the quiet Laguna Beach area of PCB, Restoration Station is a 750 sq. ft. clean and comfortable escape. Designed by the on-site owner/architect, the self-contained guest studio is equipped with a kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom with shower, queen bed, full-size bunk beds, cozy living area with Smart TV, WiFi, and guest patio. A private bedroom with king bed recently has been added. Located 0.4 mile to beach, 4.5 miles to Pier Park, 5 miles to 30A, and 15 miles to ECP.

This is a sweet property with a huge wrap-around porch with a swing and 2 rockers for relaxing.The house is only one block from the bay which you can see from the porch . The cottage is in the heart of St Andrews, which is considered one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Panama City. Within a short walk or bike your mor will find locally owned waterfront restaurants, fresh caught seafood, coffee shops, a bakery, ice cream shop, and local boutiques. Kayak launch is walking distance.

Reel ‘em Inn

Nestled in Freeport, this delightful cottage offers a cozy retreat for guests. With one lovely bedroom featuring a queen bed and a charming living room with a futon, this awesome property is perfect for a relaxing get away. It is easy to see why you will be able to unwind at our place. Very close to Black Creek Lodge and boat ramp. Bring your boat and launch within blocks of the cottage (on site trailer parking). 20 minutes to the beaches of South Walton (30A, Grayton, and Inlet Beach).
