There are large TVs, plenty of space to relax, and great amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Garage beneath is not accessible to guests at this time.

Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.

This is a 950 sqft one-bed room suite on my house. It has its own entry, kitchen, family room and bathroom. The house is right by Eaton high school. The suite has brand new floor and new painting. The family room has recline sofas, sofa bed and computer desk. 1 hour to Denver and Denver international airport. 30 mins to Fort Collins. 15 mins to Greeley and UNC. Just over 1 hour to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 mins to Wyoming

Your family will be close to everything you need, during your stay at this conveniently located home. You will be near downtown Windsor to the North, eight blocks, with the lake right there. The Poudre River is nearby, the other direction. (One mile)The Future Legends sports complex is one mile East, and of course, Chimney Park, is just down the street.
