The house is situated between two picturesque villages of Batheaston and Bathford on the eastern outskirts of Bath. It is in the perfect location to explore the stunning City of Bath. And enjoy wonderful local walks in the surrounding countryside which is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bath is only a 10-15min drive. Barken Studio is a self contained converted stable in Bower Ashton (BS3) on the edge of Bristol. The location is perfect for exploring Bristol as we are in easy walking/bus distance from the Harbour, Ashton Court Estate, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Ashton Gate Stadium as well as many attractions. The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. We can take an extra guest/child on a guest bed if required.

Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. There is a snug with large tv and a selection of games and books. French doors lead to a fabulous outdoor seating area

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.
