Located in the village of Morrisville, this 1893 Victorian has been restored but still retains all of the original charm and elegance of its original construction. A Haven of Comfort & Inspiration

In Fall 2024 I moved Back Inn Time B&B outside of St Albans to a gorgeous lot in Fairfax. Just 10 minutes away, it feels like we're in a haven of natural inspiration, with a mixture of meadows, trees, a babbling brook and lake view. Creature comforts abound--far infrared sauna, fitness room, saltwater hot tub, pool...the same luxury linens we're famous for, and above all, the same hospitality. Beautiful lakeside B&B next to bike path with lake access. The Woodside Room has a queen size bed and desk. It shares a full bathroom with one other guestroom. Lake access includes a private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request. Beautiful home near beach, lake & hiking trails!

This exquisite property is located on Eustis Ridge. It offers easy sled access, a one-bay garage and ample parking space for trailers and visitors. The house boasts natural light and pine-covered walls, which provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Sleeping 8, there are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is a master suite), a sun room, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. The fireplace is a perfect feature for unwinding after a day of adventure on the slopes or trails!

Spectacular location, great for skiers in winter or hikers or foliage viewers in season. 20 min. from Stowe Village. Spectacular 270-degree view of Mt Mansfield (Stowe Mountain Ski area). 15 wooded & pastured acres for hiking or snowshoeing. Guests share the home entrance with the host. We DEEP CLEAN before your arrival and after your stay with us. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that I am immuno-compromised, WE REQUIRE GUESTS OVER 12 TO BE VACCINATED.

Wings Hill is a charming country home offering 4 rental suites set between Great Pond and Long Pond in the Village of Belgrade Lakes, just across the road from Day's Store. A short drive to Augusta, Waterville and within walking distance to the Golf Course and all that the Lakeside Village has to offer. Bike paths for biking, trails for hiking! A dock for fishing and a wonderful clean lake for swimming! Come to our quaint Island for a memorable vacation! 22 miles to Burlington, an hour drive from Montreal or just 4 hours from Boston! We have a frig for your food and a BBQ grill for cooking. Historic Farmhouse/ large bedroom with fireplace

Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. Bedroom includes chairs and a table and fireplace, and opens to the private study and shared bath. Room is furnished with antiques. Lots of outside seating and gardens weather permitting. We are featured yearly on a local garden tour. Breakfast is provided in our gardens or kitchen if desired.
