Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Birch Cottage

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and 30 mins to the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Willow View character cottage in conservation area

Willow View - A period cottage in a lovely conservation area village just north of Bristol. This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Enjoy the wildlife view from your king size bed, woodburning stove, additional heating and air conditioning. Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. Please note we have 2 dogs at the property. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Olli's Cottage-Terrace &Jacuzzi

Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (3 days notice required/small extra charge). In close proximity to La Villa Olli: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (Small extra charge). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.
