A very comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently-located flat - a real pleasure to stay here

Alison’s place is wonderful. So calm and the countryside is beautiful - perfect for a little weekend getaway. My boyfriend and I had dinner at The Gun and then went for some beers at Gun Brewery - both within 10 mins driving. Alison and her husband were very friendly and responsive. Only slight issue was the wifi connectivity sometimes but other than that fantastic xx

Rommet er komfortabelt og alt er skinnende rent. Vertskapet, Rosie først og fremst, men også hennes mann, er vennlige, serviceinnstilt og flott mennesker. Oppvasken tas hver dag og frokost settes fram med hjemmelagde syltetøy og marmelade. Vi fikk til og med fersk frukt og hjemmelaget kake! Gode råd om fine ting å gjøre i nærheten fikk vi også, i tillegg til en hyggelig spasertur til blåklokkene, sammen med Rosie og den fine hunden Dougie. Og så må vi ikke glemme den fantastiske hagen! Det er bare en ting å si om den: Eventyrlig! Gledene som området har å by på, kan du lese om andre steder. Området er perfekt for deg som elsker friluft, vakre hager og parker og hyggelige lokale puber. Reis hit!

We had a lovely stay at Ross’s place in Brighton. The flat was spotlessly clean, in a great location, and had an amazing view. Ross was a fantastic host—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

Really lovely stay! Nice and peaceful. Had all you needed if you wanted to stay in, there were board games and the treats and card left was a nice personal touch. Would definitely stay again!

Letterbox Retreat was a great base from which to explore the local area. The loft accomodated us, two adults and two children, comfortably. We prepared some meals in the compact, but fully functional kitchen. The weather allowed us to explore all the corners of the garden, and many hours were spent bouncing on the trampoline and cycling back and forth along the drive on our bikes. We would happily stay again.

Joseph was always quick to reply and was there to greet us when we arrived. the place was amazing and far better than the photos. there was lots of space and everything was spotless. There was everything you could need and more. The beds were comfortable and it was really quiet there. We all had a wonderful time and can't wait to stay again.

it was the perfect little loft to stay for the weekend with a working kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a clean bathroom. the shower was warm and had good water pressure. our favourite part was the little breakfast bar with 2 stools by the window overlooking rye, the perfect place to have your morning coffee or cup of tea. would absolutely return (to rye and to the loft)

Loft View was a fab stay, beautiful surroundings and ideally located to explore Birling Gap & Seven Sisters coastline. Very cosy and clean room with all amenities provided. Joanne was a responsive and helpful host. Would highly recommend!
