We loved our stay at Sandy Toes! It’s a fantastic property with three generous double bedrooms, one with an ensuite and balcony, one with a terrace and its own living space, and one next to the main bathroom. A very well equipped kitchen with a lovely balcony that catches the sun in the afternoons and you can see the sunset over the neighbouring properties. Just a few minutes walk to the dunes and main beach, and a few minutes more to the dog friendly beach from 1 May to 30 September. A well equipped store with beach chairs, buckets and spades and even sledges for the dunes. We did a circular walk to Rye, gladly taking Lisa’s recommendation for Sunday Lunch at the Globe Inn, just a few minutes walk from Rye with its beautiful shops. We also did a circular walk to the nature reserve, stopping for tea and cake in the Discovery Centre. Lisa was an excellent host, with proactive communication, highlighting local events and recommendations for pubs and restaurants. We hope to come back!

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

Mark's house was perfect for us to visit my family in Brighton and Hove. Everywhere walkable or by bus. Great to be so close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Mark responded immediately to my messages. My granddaughter loved her bedroom at the top of the house!

Great house for a half term break for our family of nine. It was clean, very spacious and comfortable with room for us all to be together or have own space too. The kids had lots of fun playing hide and seek! The location is ideal being so close to the beach and pier with lots to do. Parking was easy for us all. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the house.

This property is a gem - the location simply cannot be beaten (and we heard nothing despite staying on a Friday evening). The living spaces are well thought out and very well-stocked in terms of kitchen appliances. We would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for a toddler / young family. The only thing to note is that the property is arranged over a number of levels, for the older members of the party! However, one of the bedrooms is conveniently located on the same floor.

The house was perfectly located for my family’s vacation; it was very quiet with outstanding views of the sea with great access to cliff walks and local facilities plus the frequent buses into Brighton. Each room was perfectly appointed, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for our family of 7 including three children. It is very spacious and comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay. Our host, Yvonne, was very responsive both before and during our stay and was gracious, and focused on ensuring our stay was perfect. As a seasoned global traveler, I would unreservedly recommend this property for your family vacation. I rarely, if ever, right reviews but the quality of this property compelled me to do so. We had a wonderful stay at Catherine’s lovely townhouse during our golf getaway in Seaford. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for relaxing after a day on the course. With three large bedrooms, it easily accommodated our group in comfort. The location was ideal, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and all the essentials you could need. We especially appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, yet still so close to everything. Catherine was a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Her attention to detail really made a difference, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free visit. Whether you’re in town for golf, walking the South Downs, or just looking for a peaceful escape by the sea, this is a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend it and would happily return!

This was our second visit and it was a perfect as the first. Nothing beats having a cuppa (or three!), sitting on the sofa overlooking the sea. The beach outside was very peaceful, and the dogs loved their walks everyday. The facilities are great, the beds are comfortable and it was so relaxing we would recommend this home to everyone

Great communication with the owner. Had an excellent stay with my family for a couple of nights. Indoor pool was enjoyed by all. Ideal location with Brighton only 10 minutes away.

We've stayed a Ross's place a few times over the last 5 years. The location on the edge of the caravan park is lovely and peaceful with views across fields. The caravan is very comfortable, warm and has everything we need. There's lot's to do in the Camber and Rye area, there are still a few things on our list we would like to see. Lots of lovely places to eat. I thoroughly recommend this place and great value for money too! Thanks Ross!

The caravan was lovely with a great location. The caravan was neat and tidy. However there was a lot of clutter in the wardrobes, and under the beds. Mops, buckets, rolled up sheets. There wasn’t quite enough towels for everyone either. However overall the caravan is absolutely lovely and we would be keen to come back!

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

We have just arrived home after spending three wonderful days at Jason’s place . And we could not speak highly enough of the accommodation , the pictures do not do it justice it’s even more fantastic . The stocked fridge , the communication the beautiful gardens and incredible beds . Thank you for a great stay

Was a lovely stay with Linsey and her family! They made me feel very welcome and interacted in conversations with me which made me feel more at home. The space and tidiness of the house was perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. The pets are also very friendly! Would 100% return in the future. We were so happy to find Mike's place available for one night over the bank holiday weekend. It was everything we were looking for: good location with great amenities and spacious. The communication from Mike throughout was exceptional - informative, with clear instructions and local recommendations. We would happily stay again and have already recommended it to friends.

We had a lovely short break with our family (three active boys!), the property is a perfect location for a beach holiday, Richard was very friendly and responsive, we loved the local fish n chips, dinner at the Owl (delicious!), a trip to Hastings and wandering around beautiful Rye. Oh and the added bonus of Richard’s record collection! We’d love to visit again .

Great house, very clean, airy and bright. Especially liked the bunk bed room! Also great having the games room and the outside space.

A great location in camber for the fantastic beach and local amenities. Only a short drive to the historic town of Rye. A great little bar below our accommodation, run by a fantastic and friendly team of people.

Flor and Niall's house was exactly as described. It was extremely clean on arrival. We all slept well as the beds were very comfy. The proximity to the beach was brilliant! One minute walk away means you can go to and from the beach several times a day, to swim, play or go for a walk. We found a nearby playground and also football goals, a basketball court and skate ramps at Johnson's Field. We really appreciated the Welcome Information sent by the hosts before our trip and enjoyed the loop walks highlighted. Also, round the corner, was one of the host's recommendations, Rye Bay Bar & Grill, which was really relaxing and friendly with great food.

We had a lovely stay here. It was fairly basic but very comfortable, and a great base from which to explore the area. Absolutely perfect for the Seven Sisters hike. Tony was super responsive and helpful so I’d recommend getting in touch if you need anything, particularly if you’re planning a longer stay, as some of the usual stuff (salt/pepper, dishwasher tabs, etc) weren’t proved but I’m certain he’d accommodate. Overall would definitely recommend!
