Cozy studio with private entrance, remodeled, locate behing the house, the door is green color. bright space and very clean. Gel memory foam mattress, Eco A.C. Smart TV. Vinil floor. Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

This is a 2b2b apt but with 2queen 1 king beds, 1 queen air mattress and extra sofa bed. It can stay maximum 8 people. The living room is spacious and also a big patio. The location is super quiet and easy access to old town Pasadena, dtla and etc. Me as a host is trying to provide the best value. My 1100 square feet home is perfect for a group up to 6 adults. The 2 bedroom house can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults each bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has the basic ingredients you need to cook. It has a beautiful dining area for gatherings. Get comfortable in the living room with the nice sofa and additional bed that can be easily folded. The home is fully equipped with central air and heating that you can control to your own preference.
