Located near the Norfolk broads, within a short distance of numerous activities from boat hire and paddle boarding to simply relaxing by the water at one of the many riverside pubs ! . This is an ideal retreat for a relaxing get away. Our bespoke shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and wildlife. This rural North Norfolk retreat, next to our family home, offers a relaxing setting from which to explore this beautiful corner of the country, or somewhere to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life. Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. Set down a quiet, country lane, there are fantastic beaches, cycling routes and scenic country walks in easy reach

Hare Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, It has its own secure garden which is south facing. A nice patio area for a relaxing morning coffee before you start the day exploring. Hare Cottage is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads and some of the best coastline in Norfolk, Sea Palling Beach is a short drive away, or for the more energetic, cycling along the Weavers Way. At the end of the day if its a bit chilly you can warm up by the outdoor fireplace and look up at the stars.

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
