If you're looking for a sumptuous accommodation in easy walking distance of the York Train Station and surrounds, this AirBnB is fantastic. As home cooks we organised a grocery delivery straight to the house, which arrived promptly. There's also a small Sainsbury's tucked in the side of the York train station opposite the glassed Family Room for urgent supplies. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal. There is a separate, combined lounge dining area overlooking the garden which is great for entertaining. We enjoyed going up and down the carpeted stairs to the upper levels, as it was a novelty for us, however this might not suit someone with mobility challenges. We loved staying in this AirBnB and thought the amenities were better than most five star hotels. We would definitely book again.

Lisa was brilliant from the get go! We booked the week before and she was extremely accommodating and sent us recommendations and advice on where to go. We loved the house. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We came mainly to see Bempton cliffs but Flamborough Head was beautiful too! The dogs had a fantastic time on Filey beach. Thank you Lisa for a lovely few days, we hope to be back!

having been let down by our original holiday home we needed a place to stay at very short notice. we inquired about maple house and within 2 hours we were actually in the property. fabulous help and service from the team there.

This house is beautiful and a mere 2 minutes from the city centre. It was nice and quiet, decorated beautifully and I would recommend to anyone travelling to the area.

Fantastic house a 5 minute walk from the York city walls. Clean, lovely place with everything you need. Communication was great and parking on the street right outside was easy/convenient. Highly recommended!

This is a great house to stay for a get away to York. Just a 15 min walk away from the city walls. The city itself is beautiful and there is so much to see and we really enjoyed being to use the walls as a way in and out the city! The house has everything you need and is super comfy.

Our 3 night stay here was great. Perfect location, supermarket close by and could walk to any attraction easily. Very comfortable and the wine, biscuits and other provisions were much appreciated.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

Our stay was perfect. The location is amazing, right in the heart of York and a short walk to York Minster, which we did every day to “check on her”! Eating places and pubs all close by and in the same street too. Just a wonderful experience in this beautiful medieval city. Highly recommend. And on a clear day you can see York Minster through the roof windows which was delightful.

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

The pictures don't do this amazing flat justice! The place was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It's a 10 minute walk into the heart of the city centre. Alison was an amazing host and was extremely responsive and helpful, we couldn't recommend this highly enough.

The flat is much bigger and brighter than the pictures show, and the views from 3 sides of the accommodation a bonus. The flat is out off the main drag but only a 10 minute walk to the spa, and we were lucky to get free parking outside the flat for the entire stay. The flat was clean and had all that was needed to make it a comfortable break, with the added bonus of WiFi. Dean kindly allowed us to check in early, to make the most of the Easter weekend in Bridlington. Nice, bright, clean and cosy, thanks Dean for allowing us to stay in your flat 👍

Found it located next to a coffee shop, which made getting breakfast a very easy choice The loccations easily walkable to the city centre and train station, the property came with a guest book with lots of information about local things to do, places to eat and where to go for drinks The place felt like everything was very thoughtfully planned out, lovely few days away, would definitely recommend to others

Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

The accommodation was just as described clean an well decorated. Close to the harbour an shops , if I needed anything I only had to ask . I would highly recommend this property. So glad I found this on air bnb

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb in York! The location was perfect—right in the centre and just a short walk from both the train station and the main sights in town. The place itself was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and really accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in York!

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Very close to city centre and includes a parking place. Ideal if visiting York and want to avoid driving finding a space in the city centre. Accommodation looks as in the pictures. Apparentmnet clean.

Absolutely fantastic place, loved everything about it, attention to detail was outstanding, its a beautiful home to stay, had everything we needed and more, location was perfect for us to attend a wedding lots of local shops and restaurant everyone were very friendly 10/10 was perfect Thank you Robert & your cleaning lady it was spotless.
