Self contained room with ensuite. With views of the Humber bridge and the river. Private entrance with your own outside deck area with table and chairs. The room contains superking bed, dining table and chairs, tv, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery. Bread, milk and cereals are provided in your room for breakfast. Parking is available. Beautiful newly renovated spacious room with king-size four poster bed. Separate en-suite shower room in period barn conversion a short walk from the center of York. First floor room. TV, wi-fi, fridge, safe, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer. Due to the current pandemic we are providing a continental breakfast in a bag for you to enjoy in your room. We are also providing guests with a personal hand sanitiser. All surfaces, handrails, door knobs etc will be sanitised on a regular basis.

The Hollies is 5 bedroomed house with 4 bnb rooms all done to a high standard, 5 minutes from the sea, we have tea/coffee all all rooms and wifi, luxury bathroom with shared shower and bath, 2 toilets on first floor, fridge on second floor for guests to use. There is off street parking which we pay for. We provide breakfast at £7pp payed at the end of your stay. We welcome you to the Hollies! this is not ensuite shared between 2 rooms
