The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Single story home with a hot tub, right on the Cedar River. Now with A/C! Bright and sunny charmer, walking distance to golf course. You will enjoy a well appointed kitchen with everything you'll need! Float the river in the summer (tubes provided). Fly fishing June through Aug. Gear provided. Top Golf 7 min. away. Gas fire pit, Gas fireplace, barbecue, two large TV's, pool table, Wifi and cable. Just minutes to the I-405 freeway, 25 minutes to downtown Seattle, 15 minutes from Seatac.

Lakeside Retreat with kayaks & paddleboards

Enjoy our lakefront cottage with exclusive access to the lake. Lake Desire is a small, quiet lake just a 30-minute drive from Seattle, and you can enjoy all kinds of nature activities here. Create lasting memories with family and friends in this idyllic setting. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use for our guests, but please read the rules carefully. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.

Serene Shadow Lake-1 Bed

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

Quiet Lake McDonald Studio Apartment

Spacious studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Renton or Issaquah. Queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. In the summer, enjoy shared lake access with kayaks, floaties and fishing in our stocked lake.
