Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.

Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 2 pubs, both that serve great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

A converted Coach House

A charming two bedroom converted Coach House in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Renovated in 2025 the Coach House offers two large bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a family bathroom, separate loo, an open-plan kitchen dining room and a spacious sitting room with a log burner. Bi-folding doors from the dining area open out onto the garden terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the views of the countryside beyond.
