A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Designed by a leading interior designer, it has been tastefully furnished and is the perfect family style home for a beautiful stay in an unbeatable and very private seaside location. The whole family will have fun here and we welcome you to share our home! Very positive reviews from our first airbnb rentals, more reviews can be provided if required. Max adults would be 8, upto 5 kids in the bunk bedroom.

"Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

A charming, spacious ground floor apartment on the private Angmering on Sea estate. Perfect for couples and families. Beach access via 100m footpath from property. East Preston is a perfect location to explore the coastline ,South Downs National Park, Arundel, Chichester, Worthing and Brighton. Salt Beach kiosk open all year round beautiful views , village cafes, restaurants ,two pubs and corner shop all within a short walking distance. Great flat coastal walks from the property.

Secluded Coastal Cottage by the Beach & Cafes

We are in a sleepy seaside village called East Preston (also known as Angmering on Sea). Our seaside bungalow is located on a private road in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 5 min walk from the beach. The cottage is detached, and has lovely inside and outside space. You have sole use of the accommodation. There is a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 single beds) which sleep 4 people. The village has cafes, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

Detached spacious 3 bedroom home a few minutes walk to the beach. Formerly a Day Nursery for children and babies Upto five years old I restored the building back into a home, there is a lot of space to move around. The house enjoys an East/West aspect so when the sun is shining you can always find a spot to enjoy it inside or out.
