In the Woods near Emory / CDC / VA

In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Spacious one-bedroom garden apartment with private entrance on a quiet street. Fast wifi, full kitchen, full bath. There is also a small backyard patio that is fully fenced in. Just a few blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Little 5 Points, the Beltline, Ponce City Market as well as neighborhood gems like Candler Park Market, Frazer forest and the Lake Claire Land Trust. Owners live upstairs with two children and a dog. You may hear sounds of family life during daytime hours.

Easy access to the World Cup. Located in the historic Agnes Scott College neighborhood , the house is conveniently located between S Candler and S McDonough which leads into Decatur. Inviting front porch is shared between main house and suite. Lots of conveniences available, fast Wifi (20 MBPS). Comfortable King Bed with a dresser, closets, W/D and a wall mounted desk. Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

Spacious studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Historic West End Atlanta-mins from downtown. All the comforts of home - full kitchen w/cooking supplies, deluxe king size bed, working fireplace, TV w/Amazon Fire stick, DVD player w/ huge DVD collection. Outdoor spaces include a screened covered porch & an outdoor patio with a fire pit in the backyard. Just blocks from a major street with restaurants, a grocery store, shops & public transit all in walking distance.

Private and spacious basement suite

This suite has a private entrance, a spacious floorplan, and is centrally located near downtown Atlanta. It is also 5 minutes away from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. This stay features a newly renovated bathroom, dedicated office space, and a breakfast bar! There is a fenced in backyard with a patio and fire pit. This space is located in historic College Park and is close to public parks, public transportation, great restaurants, and live entertainment.

Private Guest Suite Near Airport

This is a two bedroom/one bathroom private guest suite on the lower floor of a multi-unit Colonial Craftsman home. A maximum of four guests are allowed. No parties or events are allowed. *NO KITCHEN* There is an area with some kitchen amenities but there is no kitchen sink, stove-top, or oven. Refer to photo of this area. Your space is private but there are other units beside and above this one so please be respectful of others by keeping noise down late at night.
