Welcome to Riverfront Y'all! Total renovation completed April 2022. This 2-bed, 2-bath condo on the Cumberland River has breathtaking views of the river. Far from boring, we've decorated with a modern aesthetic that is complimented with a little eccentric decor and creates an unforgettable fun vacation. Located on the edge of Germantown, guests have <15 minute walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium! It's Close enough to all the action but yet far enough away for some relaxation and privacy.

Quiet neighborhood, a lower/basement level apartment in my home. No steps . Completely furnished 1,400 sq. ft. apartment with a view of the Cumberland River. Private entrance, motion light path, patio, bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, 1 SMART TV with Fire Stick. Kitchen, living room, 1 Smart TV with DIRECTV, fireplace. 10 minutes from airport. Green-way access at end of street. 8-12 minutes to The Grand Ole Opry, 12-16 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 10-15 minutes to Downtown. Uber/Lyft available.

We also offer Pontoon Cruises for 35$ per person BYOB or Wine and cheese, Whiskey shots or other things. Lots of parking and no bad looks from the neighbors or hotel staff.
