I will be a phone call away for any of your needs or questions/recommendations, and someone will be available for emergencies in person. This property is within walking distance of many iconic East Nashville spots. The home also boasts easy access to the vibrant city life that Nashville is known for. Scooters are usually available within easy walking distance. Ubers and Lifts are around $10 to get downtown. Public transportation via bus can be found at the bus stop at the end of the street. Within one-two miles, you can reach many East Nashville hot spots. Downtown (4 miles) & beyond are easily accessible. While having a car is best, Uber/Lyft make exploring easy. Please note the main entrance to the house is on the back deck, up a set of stairs.
