The house felt like it was private but in a community. There was a nice backyard and the house itself was cozy and roomy for the 9 of us who stayed there. It was a short drive to Nashville which was nice but it was far enough away to sleep in peace. Overall was a nice stay and would go again!

The place is a great find for a large group . We had four couples, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house is very clean. Communication was easy and it’s just an Uber ride away from any place you want to go in Nashville. Gave this a five star rating. Would highly recommend!

Very cute and cozy home. Worked great for attending a multi day cheer competition in Nashville. Loved the hot tub!

This house was amazing! We had a group of 14 girls for a bachelorette party and we had more than enough space, beds, and bathrooms for an extremely comfortable stay. Melissa is very responsive and easy to work with! The house was clean and fully stocked with supplies. We were a quick uber from Broadway and got everywhere needed with ease. I would absolutely recommend this property for any large group looking a clean updated home with a lot of space for a comfortable stay.

Our group had a great time. Ryan was very responsive, the home was clean, and in a very convenient location. Broadway 13min away, groceries, liquor store etc… only 5 min away. Property also had a hot tub and pool which was a nice bonus. *Also, on the description it’s not clear, but one important detail to know is, this house is basically a “5” bedroom and not “4”. Which makes it even a better value! And the 5th bedroom has 3 beds in it. I’d definitely stay here again. -Ted

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

The Ridge was an amazing place to stay in the heart of Nashville! This home was super cozy and updated and had everything we needed for the weekend. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this place to others. Paul was great and even got the house fixed up a little early so we could check in early. The book in the house had so many recommendations for food and attractions that were so good! Definitely would stay here again!

Jonny’s place is incredible. It’s beautiful, has tons of space, and included everything you could think of. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, even in a thunderstorm. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a women’s retreat that I hosted. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping room for all 15 of our guests. The house was more than equipped with everything we needed for seating, cooking all of our meals and plenty of towels and linens. The setting was so beautiful and scenery to die for whether it was a cozy, rainy day inside or a beautiful, sunny hike outdoors. Make sure you read the directional instructions thoroughly as the driveway is a bit confusing, especially in the dark or the rain!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend stay! The home was as beautiful as the surrounding forest. Would highly recommend this getaway!

Chanin’s cabin was so beautiful and comfortable! She thought of EVERYTHING! The cabin was spotless, smelled so good, and the bed in the master was incredibly comfortable. The entire cabin was decorated so nicely and Chanin was so kind and generous. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

Didn’t get time to check out a lot of the property just because of rain, but everything we saw was beautiful, and the house was super cozy so staying in was nice too. Had a great stay.
