We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

You'll have full privacy in your own space with your own entrance, bedroom, open living area/ Ikea kitchen, with everything you need including microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There's a cozy electric fireplace, heated floors, and is a short walk (or drive) to local restaurants, shops and entertainment!

Welcome to The Dolly Llama! This entire house in the heart of East Nashville is close to everything, but feels secluded - providing endless options for fun and exploration, but also peace of mind. Built in 2021, the Dolly Llama was designed with an open floor plan, modern finishes, large bathrooms and our favorite feature - a GIANT back deck. Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville! This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).
