Ivy cottage, at The Elms. Marshchapel, Lincs

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated carparking. WiFi, Sky TV, complementary tea, coffee, wine, beer and snacks.

Secluded High Beacon Cottage, Lincolnshire Wolds

Secluded High Beacon Cottage is situated on one of the highest points of the Lincolnshire Wolds with amazing views of the rolling Wolds countryside, with Lincoln Cathedral and the coast of Norfolk visible on a clear day. Remote and tucked away down a private lane and surrounded by wide open arable and grazing (sheep) fields, this detached barn conversion is in a great holiday location to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, and a relaxing base from which to explore the area.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

The view across house roofs to the iconic St James Church as you eat your meals, is great by day and stunning at night.

Idyllic, quiet self contained private 1 bed luxury Pod in the grounds of a beautiful Victorian house on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and also within walking distance of Horncastle market place, shops and amenities. Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, galley kitchen (with sink, small fridge, microwave), dining area and bedroom (double bed) with en-suite suitable for 1-2 adults only (sorry no children or pets).
