Longstones Avebury - Horslip

The ultimate fairy-tale cottage

Nestled in the glorious Wiltshire countryside and featured in umpteen style magazines and blogs, Faerie Corner (formally known as Faerie Door Cottage) is beautiful both inside and out. Overlooking fields, the cottage sits on the outskirts of the pretty village of West Overton, in a tranquil semi-walled garden, surrounded by peaceful walks. It's within easy reach of fascinating neolithic sites such as Avebury and Silbury Hill whilst nearby Marlborough also offers restaurants and boutique shops.

Conkers Self-Contained Annexe near Avebury

Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Barn - Delightful Wiltshire Holiday Home

Embers Lodge

Unique timber cabin in the heart of Avebury World heritage site. Located 4 miles from the market town of Marlborough in the middle of the Avebury Avenue. 400 m from the Sanctuary and the start of the Ridgeway. Avebury stone circle is less than a mile away and can be accessed via footpaths. Stonehenge is 40 mins by car. This studio loft has been recently refurbished with a stylish yet cosy feel. A perfect retreat with lots of creature comforts to make it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Perfect for walkers, cyclists or a romantic getaway. Although attached to our house it is completely self contained with a separate entrance and ample parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they are kept on leads. We have a secure location available for bicycles.
