Welcome to our barn conversion. Hidden away in South Essex just 20 minutes from Southend on Sea with 7 miles of beaches, Southend Pier, amusements and Adventure Island. You will have exclusive use of the tennis court alongside the gym, cinema room, bar area and separate games room including a table tennis table which are all within the barn. Relax with a glass of something cold overlooking the Essex countryside. 4 pubs/restaurants within a 10 minute drive and plenty of countryside walks.

Chino is a high-spec, self-catered, stable conversion with a Visit England 4 Star Gold Award. Access to outdoor swimming pool, hot-tub, gym, outdoor seating, and a boules pitch. Set in a great location (7 miles from Cambridge) in the beautiful village of Barrington with the picturesque village pub, the Royal Oak, just 5 minutes walk away, with a great network of walks and bike rides from your doorstep. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

Jasmine Cottage is set on the historical country estate of Broadfield Hall. Completely independent from the main house, but close enough to enjoy the amenities, the cottage is a perfect place to unwind. A historical building but totally refurbished and offering a luxury escape. Dog friendly, but must be booked.

The guest house is a separate building in the garden of our family home & has been furnished to a high standard for complete comfort. There's plenty of space to relax & unwind. Evenings are enormously peaceful in this spot; just the sound of the water features or local wildlife, such as the occasional barking deer. A short walk down the garden you will find our treehouse.
