The Perfect Getaway Close to TC/Sleeping Bear Dune

Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake Traverse City 14 miles Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles Crystal Mountain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Private Lake Access Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

Mid Century Bungalow

Just outside the hustle and bustle of Traverse City sets this restful retreat. After a day of exploring all that this area has to offer, enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars. We are an easy 15 miles to downtown Traverse city. Where you can shop & have your pick of one of the many local restaurants that make TC a ‘foodie’ town. Our house is conveniently located a 1/4 mile from Traverse City State Park, 1/2 mile from TART and 2 miles from downtown Traverse City. The interior is unique and tastefully decorated. It has an open living space, connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen together. You will experience adjustable air beds, modern kitchen appliances, climate control (heat & air), a fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer. We have wireless internet, a Smart TV with streaming services.

Cabin in the woods close to TC/Sleeping Bear Dunes

Very cute and cozy log home located on a 7 acre wooded lot! Great central location for everything that Northern Michigan has to offer!! 3.5 miles from Interlochen Arts Academy. Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!

Remodeled 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home with central ac & in floor heat. Sectional couch w/dual recliners! Comfy beds, 2 rms w/ Kings, 1 rm with 1 queen and 1 twin. Kitchen with all of the essentials to prep meals and big table. Off street parking in front of the home, a few blocks to the beach, 1.5 mile to downtown. Fenced private side yard w/ gas grill and new hot tub! High speed router and internet service!
