Sweeping City Views from an Elegant Apartment

Admire stunning city views from the large deck or relax in the spacious, stylish living room. Choose between a casual balcony breakfast or fine dining from the gourmet kitchen before a luxurious soak in the full bath or a dip in the outdoor or indoor pool. Master bedroom with en-suite and guest bedroom with separate bathroom. Two TVs, audio and wi-fi, central air conditioning and heating system. Quality leather lounges and travertine table seating up to eight. Extensive balcony with BBQ and external heater. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Gas cooktop. All apartment facilities including two pools and two gyms, secure car space. Access to facilities, parking and the lift are controlled by secure swipe card. There are 3 locked cupboards that are not accessible for guests. Guests will be welcomed by the hosts or a member of their family with key handover and explanation of parking and security system. Sydney's Inner West area is close to the CBD, Sydney University, funky Newtown, parks and family-friendly areas, eateries, and nearby activities: AFL, dragon boating, cycling and walking paths, and easy access to Blackwattle Bay on Sydney Harbour. Excellent bus connection to CBD which takes about 15 mins and goes past Central Railway Station. Alternatively, a short walk to the light rail which services Darling Harbour, Chinatown and ends up at Central Railway Station. There is a convenience store, Japanese restaurant and cafe, less than 50m walk from the lift. The convenience store supplies Opal Cards (the Sydney transport card for bus, train, light rail and ferry).

Central Neighbourhood Home with Striking City Views

Designer apartment with light and airy feel. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a sunlit study and private balcony with no one looking in on you. Large walk-in robe, generous bathroom and fully equipped kitchen including filtered water tap. Flat screen TV with included PayTV and Wi-Fi. Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony and the Gym. I am happy to offer any assistance you might require for your stay. I will be there to meet you on arrival and for anything else, I am only a phone call away. Experience Sydney in all its flavour. Stroll to cafes, shops, restaurants, chic bars and main attractions like Centennial Park, the Botanical Gardens and the Opera House. Short walk from Central railway station and easy access to the beaches via bus. Extremely convenient location very close to an array of public transport to access all of Sydney. Central station is a short walk from the apartment. There are also buses accessible from Crown St and Oxford St that will take you into the city or away to the beaches. Supermarkets within a 2 min walk from the apartment: Aldi is in the Oxford Village shopping centre; IGA is located on Oxford St; Woolworths is slightly further away, located on Bourke St; About Life is a largely organic supermarket on Crown St.

1883 - former woolstore. Located in the Oaks Goldsbrough Apartments. Lots of character here with exposed ironbark columns and wooden floors. My apartment has discreet laneway access and is located VERY close to Darling Harbour and the ICC (International Convention Centre Sydney) in particular. You’ll love my place in Pyrmont for the facilities (gym, pool, spa & sauna) and mostly the close location! My place is ideal for couples and business people.
