The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. The Cottage

‘The Cottage’ in Irchester is a tiny getaway for a couple. It consists of a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, tv, Roku, freeview box, small dining area with crockery and cutlery should you wish to have a take-away, tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.

The sympathetically refurbished Wren Cottage is in a quiet lane in the heart of beautiful Mears Ashby and is exclusively yours for your stay. It’s a little home from home. Visit the village's award winning pub and other excellent local eateries then walk off the calories around Sywell Reservoir. Our best kept secret is Northamptonshire - 'the county of squires and spires'. An Ideal base for working locally: hotels can be too impersonal. Nearest rail, Wellingborough. Host lives next door.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
