The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). A secluded cabin in a high alpine environment at 11,700 feet! Truly off-grid, without electricity, running water, NO WiFi. Beautifully furnished with fabulous furniture and wonderful beds to sleep 8. Just bring a sleeping bag & pillow case! WINTER ACCESS: By ski/skin, snowshoe or snowmobile only. 2 miles and 1000 foot gain to cabin. Takes approximately 3 hours on rolling and steep terrain. SUMMER ACCESS: By high-clearance, 4x4 vehicle and requires low gears (rental SUV not recommended).

We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.
