Lovely 1 bed apartment with views just 1k from CBD

Beautiful uninterupted mountain views will make you forget that West End, South Bank and the Cultural Centre are right on your doorstep. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset or the ferries sail up and down the river. Enjoy direct access to the rooftop swimming pool, Sky Garden (with porch swing) and BBQ facilities. The apartment itself has recently been donned with all new furnishings. Enjoy a rainforest shower, luxury velvet queen bed, L couch that turns into a double bed.

Nothing beats this - VALUE!..

This apartment is 128 sq.m. It boasts a secluded balcony, complete with outdoor furniture to seat at least 8-10. It has (Premium) Foxtel, (high-speed) internet, luxurious furniture and everything else you might need. It is directly across the road from the train station/buses. It is directly across the road from the marina (restaurants and bars) and is a 3 minute walk to the town centre. The closest pub - take your pick. There are a few. All within 3 minutes walk.
