Fishing or swimming from the dock, is just a short walk out the back door. Also you can dock your boat in the covered boat house.

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. A relaxing get away for rest and relaxation or working remotely without interruption. BE AWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR AS A HOUSE IS BEING BUILT. THIS SHOULD BE ENDING SOON , PERHAPS BY MID APRIL 2025. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!

Love Birds Cottage

This charming little cottage is located in the Gorham's Bluff community and has a bluff view overlooking the beautiful Tennessee river below. There are hiking and biking trails and a swimming pool with cabana and playground for children. This getaway is somewhat remote to shopping or other city amenities. Scottsboro is about 20 miles away.
