Pueblo Style home on 1+ Acre with Pool! This charming 4BR/2BA Pueblo Style home features stunning details throughout. Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.
