Convenient and Cozy Condo with Pool and Hot Tub

This very cozy condo is the ideal place to return to after a day of enjoying the many activities and attractions in Durango. It is located in town, also just across from Fort Lewis campus and Hillcrest Golf Course. Gorgeous hiking and biking trails out the front door. This lovely property offers amenities including a seasonal heated pool and a year round hot tub. The trolley stops in front of the complex for easy access to downtown. Perfectly located home base for Durango's many activities!

Cozy Condo in Cascade Village

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. NOTE- NO A/C.

Historic Jarvis Condo w Balcony - Downtown Durango

This charming, bright condo with views is in the historical Jarvis building built in 1915. This 3rd floor condo is located in the heart of downtown Durango. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, liquor store, Walgreens and the River Trail. The unit has its own parking space, private balcony, secured entry, elevator, coin operated laundry room and common area patio with a BBQ. It is across the street from a bar that tends to be lively in the evenings!

Cozy Purgatory Condo, Steps to the Slopes

This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

Exceptional value for the price! Cozy up in this newly renovated condo located less than one mile from Purgatory Ski Resort/Nordic Center! Easy access to high-country mountain biking and hiking when the snow melts. 30 minutes down the road you'll find historic Durango with plenty of unique food options and boutique shopping. Enjoy this fine Resort with No Resort Fee! Welcome to our STUDIO at the Ski and Golf Resort of Tamarron at Glacier Club in Durango. Heated indoor and outdoor pools with fire pit. ONE ROOM STUDIO with private bathroom. Sleeping: one queen Murphy bed, full sofabed sleeper and a single fold out mattress. 5 guests max including infants. 21+ to reserve We have a family allergy so we cannot accept animals. Nice people only 😊.
