An annex to the main farmhouse the loft is only accessed by you and not shared with the farmhouse or other guests. A private entrance takes you into the kitchen with a cloakroom area. Upstairs is your large bedroom with super kingsize bed, and smart tv Your bathroom is accessed from the small landing at the top of the stairs. Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
