The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

8 Paddocks Chalets, Cowaramup

8 Paddocks- A premium, adults-only architectural retreat hidden within 180 acres of pasture and farmland. As one of only four secluded chalets on our expansive estate near Cowaramup, Chalet 3 offers an intimate escape from the everyday, intentionally designed to celebrate the slow pace of the Margaret River Wine Region. Immerse yourself in nature as you watch our iconic Highland cattle graze just beyond your window, toast the evening with legendary sunsets, and enjoy unmatched valley views.

Modern Dunsborough Escape (Free Wi-Fi)

A modern house in a superb location in the Dunsborough Lakes. Carnegie Drive has large open living spaces with small touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a BBQ with a 10 seater table perfect for summer evenings. The backyard also opens up to a large deck and plunge pool to keep you cool during those hot summer days. Located 200m from the golf course, right next to town and Geographe Bay, this house is ideal for your next down south visit.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. The bespoke design maximises northern light and thoughtfully offers views to the native bushland. Unique spaces and dark interiors connect you to the landscape in this contemporary home. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Stylish 1 bedroom ground floor apartment centrally located within 100 metres of Dunsborough's town centre and the sparkling blue waters of Geographe Bay. The perfect base for couples, friends or singles from which to explore the Margaret River region of WA. Ideal if you are working in the region or visiting to attend a wedding, buses leave within 50 metres of the apartment, near the Pour House Bar & Kitchen or from the Dunsborough Hotel, just a short walk. Cafe at front of complex.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.
