Private unit has designated parking, pool access, its own water heater, water softener, filtration system, 2 ceiling fans, heater, air purifier & a/c. Featuring a queen bed, dresser, 42” tv & fire stick w/ streaming accounts, wifi, full length mirror, recliner, eating table & chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity mirror, & all the needed bathroom accessories. Full kitchenette w/ microwave, dual burner, air fryer, tea kettle, coffee maker, & more. Owner lives on property.

Located one block from Main St. and two blocks to the Pinellas Trail; park your car and enjoy downtown on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. Close to Honeymoon Island (10 min. drive.) Clearwater Beach is also just a short 15 minute drive. Make your way downstairs each day for a complimentary beverage and pastry.

We are within walking distance of the public library, Toronto Blue Jays spring training camp, and one block from the famous Pinellas Bike Trail. The town center is one mile away on the bike/walking trail. Honeymoon Island is 7 miles north, and Clearwater Beach is 5 miles south. The Community Center is 3 miles away with a splash park for kids, pickle and tennis courts, classes, and a workout facility. We welcome dogs with a non-refundable $125 pet fee that you can pay on arrival on airbnb.
