Dbl bedroom, loads of space and an easy going host

Lovely double bedroom, desk, chair, TV. Free on the street parking. Large bathroom and well appointed kitchen (washing machine, coffee machine, grill, oven and microwave. Cupboards and fridge space. Free WiFi. Plenty of storage space. Easy going host. Smokers welcome. Quiet block, mostly retired. Safe area. Local amenities include; Tesco Metro (300m away), easy to use public transport (bus stop outside the house - and a taxi rank close by) only 1 mile from the city centre and train/bus station.

Fishermans Flat - Beautiful River Views

The Fishermans Flat is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment with attic conversion in the heart of Broughty Ferry, with Beautiful River Views and only a few steps from the Beach. Ideal for Couples on a Romantic trip, with a host of restaurants, bars and scenic walks nearby. It's an ideal base for Families with Young Children, who can explore the nearby Parks or spot Dolphins from the Beach. A cosy Wood Burning Stove in the lounge and 2 attic rooms which make an ideal den for the small traveller.

Clepington Victorian Villa

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.

Lovingly restored studio accommodation

Our lovingly restored Outhouse conversion is a modern and cosy studio room with en-suite. Welcome basket with tea, Coffee and continental breakfast is provided. This quiet residential location has private parking and access. Historic Seaside Broughty Ferry Town and beaches are just a 10 minute walk. Dundee with its cultural must see destinations including the V&A & McManus Museums and the Discovery centre are just 10 minutes train ride. St Andrews & Carnoustie are a 20 minute drive.

Yellow House Lodge

Come and join us in the bright yellow house of Dundee, the energetic exterior colour also continues inside, with some bright wall colours and big windows. The view from one of the rooms overlooks the 'Riverside Nature park' where the astonishing views grasp a true feeling of Scotland. The outside garden is free to use whether its to eat your breakfast or enjoy a BBQ. There is a small kitchen with all the essentials including some breakfast food and British snacks.

My place is close to Broughty Ferry Village with Shops, Restaurants, The Beach, Family-friendly activities, Public transport, Nightlife.. You’ll love my place because, The House was Built in 1906 with Period Features, Close to Dundee, Carnoustie, and St Andrews. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, Business travelers, Families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Stunning modern 2 bedroom villa private hot tub

The area is very friendly, its in a newly built up family development. Its very quiet and chilled out area with lots of local amenities. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub. There is lots of seating outside which catches the sun all day and is a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon.
