Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Private 1 bedroom apartment with separate entrance in a quiet leafy suburb. The apartment includes 1 x queen bed, 1 x queen sofa bed in living room, air conditioner, full kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard. 🅿️ Parking 🅿️ Free street parking, no parking on premises permitted. If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed to made in addition, this will incur a $20 fee to cover the additional linen provided by the hosts. Pets welcome however cannot be left unattended inside during stay.

Our cottage is very strategically located for transportation, shoppings (Carlingford court & village) and some good reputable schools on the catchment. There is a bus stop 550/630 just 3 minutes walk of the house going to Epping station , Parramatta, Macquarie Uni & Macquarie Shopping Centre. Easy commute to Sydney CBD via M2.

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request.
